Do you want to live a healthy lifestyle?  If so, just follow some important tips:

 

     First, you need to be eating at least 5 small, healthy meals throughout the day.   Every meal should be balanced with a protein, carbohydrate, and a vegetable.  Try to avoid fried foods, sauces/dressings, and bread. 

 

     Second, you need to be exercising at least 30 minutes a day.  Try to do some type of weight training and cardiovascular exercise daily.  Start with walking, either inside your house or go outside.  

 

I hope you accomplish your goals.  Just follow this simple formula:  

     healthy eating habits + exercising daily = a long, healthy life
