Winter is here and spring is quickly approaching. Since summer is coming, you will have to join a gym to continue improving your body and health. (You can get the body you want by joining Xtreme Fitness Zone!!!)...Remember to change up your workouts...try a new cardio machine...and EAT for life...90% of your health comes for good nutrition...if you need some suggestions on some great tasting healthy meals or some snacks during the day, just ask a staff member at the gym...we will be happy to share some delicious meal ideas!!!
Xtreme Fitness Zone just received NEW TREADMILLS!!! Come in and check them out!!!
Xtreme Fitness Zone has just expanded to make more room for the members. We now have an ab room and an open room for stretching or punching a bag.
Xtreme Fitness Zone is also linked up with Better Choice Foods (www.betterchoicefoods.com) and also ABC Wellness (www.abchealthsystem.com). So check out both sites because one of them might help you to live a healthier lifestyle.
If you need to join a gym, stop by to see our facility. We would love to have you as a member. All of our contracts are month to month memberships so you are not locked into anything, but we do require a 60 day cancellation notice. We have a very friendly, clean atmosphere and long hours: Monday through Friday 5am-11pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am-6pm.
Be sure to come in for a free workout, just mention that you saw the website and tell our staff the passwords...GET FIT...(new members only)
